Inteco cooperates with oil and gas universities
Cooperation of education and business has been and remains one of the main factors of the national human resources potential, the successful introduction of new technologies, and the rapid transfer of modern knowledge.
Now, organizations need specialists who can quickly analyze a large flow of data, track and apply newest developments in their professional field, and master new techniques and technologies.
New realities encourage universities to establish close ties with business to engage young professionals and companies are encouraged to create new opportunities for interaction between education, science, and business, and change the requirements for recruitment. The oil and gas industry is no exception.
INTECO is one of the strategic partners of oil and gas universities in training specialists, ensuring the influx of promising and engaged young people, as well as implementing joint research projects.
Scientific and educational cooperation has been carried out for 10 years. Universities and the company’s research and design complex have united in a common desire to develop integration processes between the oil and gas business and higher education in priority scientific areas and improve the quality of training for the oil and gas industry, aimed at bridging the gap between universities and the needs of modern oil and gas business in qualified specialists.
“Our cooperation with INTECO is multidimensional and productive. These are three basic departments, scientific agreements, internships, and joint scientific conferences and seminars. This makes it possible to train specialists of a new formation – with up-to-date knowledge of production processes, immersed in science and innovation,” note the leaders of one of the country’s leading universities.
