The key condition for an employee to enter a permanent workplace is a negative result of the company’s COVID-19 testing.
The remote work period will be gradually finished.
At the 1st stage, by the end of June 2020, about 50% of the staff will return to the offices. The situation in the regions and the office’s activities will be taken into account.
Employees who are at risk due to chronic diseases, age, or family circumstances will work remotely until the epidemiological situation is normalized.
Access to offices and factories will be carried out using digital passes that are synchronized with the corporate system for monitoring staff health.
The program blocks access to the offices in case an employee has signs of illness or doesn’t have a negative test for COVID-19.
To prevent the spread of the virus, regular testing is provided for all employees every 7-14 days.
Antiviral infrastructure is provided in the company’s offices: a system for remote thermometry at the entrance, bactericidal recirculators, and sanitizers in the offices.
Office spaces are organized with a distance of 1.5 m.
Employees are given protective masks and gloves on a daily basis.
During the day, the staff temperature is monitored, rooms and contact surfaces are disinfected.
To differentiate the flow of employees in the morning and evening hours, a distributed schedule for the beginning and end of the working day is introduced.
INTECO is an industrial company, the main part of which is continuous production.
Therefore, the company didn’t stop its activities during non-working days.
The high level of digitalization and operational efficiency allowed the company to create a system of barriers to the spread of COVID-19 among employees and pass the 1st stage of the pandemic without productivity losses.
At the beginning of the pandemic, about 30% of the staff and 70% of the administrative staff started working remotely.
This required a significant increase in the capacity of the digital infrastructure.
The number of people entering the workplace is determined in relation to the epidemiological situation in the region, on the basis of production necessity, the possibility of observing restrictions in the work process and ensuring control criteria.
INTECO tried to work out in detail all the aspects necessary for the safe work start – from the schedule of testing for COVID-19 and protocols for working in offices to memos, webinars and psychological support for all who return to the offices.
